Our service boundary

Exhibitions and professional events.

Our scope covers exhibition stands, branded pop-ups, congress and launch spaces, graphics, signage, AV, furniture, venue logistics, installation, handover, dismantling and reuse. This is not a service for permanently fitting out private or commercial premises.

VENUE

Rules first

The organiser’s manual, access windows, approved services, height limits, rigging, fire routes and waste rules are project inputs.

PEOPLE

Named responsibility

Every critical approval, onsite role, escalation and handover has an authorised owner.

DATA

Minimum necessary

Only the contact, access, delivery and approval information needed by the relevant project roles is shared.

MEDIA

Separate rights

Delivery photographs do not become promotional material without a documented purpose and the required permission.

CHANGE

Visible impact

Changes are assessed for cost, timing, venue approval, safety and opening readiness.

INCIDENT

Incident handling

Preserve facts, contain impact, notify the right owner.

01

Make the area safe

Stop the affected activity, follow venue instructions and protect people first.

02

Record the known facts

Time, place, people involved, affected item, immediate actions and available evidence.

03

Escalate by impact

The venue, organiser, exhibitor, supplier or emergency services are contacted according to the situation.

04

Close with evidence

Record the decision, correction, acceptance, lessons learned and any remaining obligations.

No absolute claims: Documented controls reduce exposure; they do not make a physical event, connected service or digital system risk-free.

A controlled start

The brief organises what the event needs.

Venue, dates, footprint, services, approvals and rights-sensitive material define the next steps. The online brief is a planning tool, not a reservation or production approval.
